In 1977, a technology expert flees from a mysterious past and returns to his hometown of Recife in search of peace. He soon realises that the city is far from being the refuge he seeks. This SPECIAL live performance is to launch Toby's debut Album 'Catharsis'.

The album is a collection of original compositions inspired by the paradoxical pleasures of sad music, drawing from the music of Ben Wendel, Joe Lovano, Remy Le Bouef and other ECM recording artists. The band features a mix of incredible Australian and Kiwi musicians.
